Go to Dimble Wood and find 6 of the Attack Pieces you need. Equip Luigi with the best stuff you have and make sure he is NOT wearing Daredevil Boots or Bro Socks the former item is a bad idea here and the latter item will be useless.
Do NOT Jump on the enemies ahead. Have Mini Mario Jump through the hole in the wall for the switch block and go from there get the Attack Pieces after Luigi gets stuck in his new suit but before meeting up with Mario again.
